Why Track Limits
The challenge with traditional leadership development
Most executive training happens in conference rooms. You sit. You listen.
But you forget 90% of it by Monday.
The insights feel true in the moment, but they don't stick - because nothing was at stake when you learned them.
I've been there. I've sat in the same stale conference rooms as you and I recognised:
High Performers want High Performance CPD
So I built the best version of CPD.
How you can learn on a Track
A race circuit does something a boardroom never can: it creates immediate, undeniable feedback.
At 180km/h, you can't intellectualise. You can't delegate. You can't bluff your way through. Every decision you make - or avoid - shows up instantly in the car's behaviour.
The track reveals what pressure actually does to you:
- Do you brake too early out of fear, or too late out of ego?
- Do you trust instruction, or override it with "your way"?
- When the back drifts out, do you freeze, overcorrect, or stay composed?
- Do you learn from the last corner, or repeat the same mistake?
These aren't driving questions. They're leadership questions.
The clinician who brakes early on track is the same one who generally plays it safe. The one who ignores the instructor's line is the same one who dismisses advice from others. The one who panics when the car slides out, is the same one who freezes when triggered at work.
The car doesn't care about your title, your CV, or your excuses. It only responds to what you actually do.
That's why we use it.
What You'll Discover
Track Limits focuses half on emotions, half on skills - the same approach for you to perform at your best.
We use high-performance driving as a diagnostic tool - a way to surface patterns that are invisible in your daily environment but obvious at speed.
Day 1 dives into you and your performance: psychometric insights, emotional regulation, decision-making under pressure, and how to leverage AI for performance.
Day 2 puts you in the car and makes it real.
You'll feel your limits - not just think about them. And you'll leave with strategies that stick, because you earned them through experience, not just exposure.

FAQ
What exactly is Track Limits?
Track Limits is a premium, invitation-only performance experience that blends high-performance driving, elite facilitation, and deep personal insight.
It’s not a driving day.
It’s a carefully designed performance environment where people who operate at a high level step out of autopilot, confront their edges, and recalibrate how they perform under pressure.
Who is Track Limits designed for, and not for?
Track Limits is designed for high-performing professionals - typically senior clinicians, healthcare executives, founders, and business owners - who want to sharpen their edge without sitting in a conference room.
If you value excellence, self-mastery, and experiences that challenge you physically, emotionally, and mentally, you’ll feel at home here.
This experience is not for:
- People looking for a casual track day
- Anyone wanting a purely technical driving course
- Those who want only advanced driving course - this is the entry level Porsche Track Experience, which Porsche mandate completion of prior to their advanced training
- Those uncomfortable with self-reflection, feedback, or being challenged
- Anyone seeking “rah-rah motivation” or surface-level leadership content
Do I need previous track driving experience?
No. Prior track experience is not required and this program works for complete beginners to more experienced drivers.
The driving component is fully supported by professional instructors and Porsche specialists.
You do need a valid driver's license.
What matters most is your willingness to learn, listen, and push your own limits - not your lap times.
What cars will we be driving?
Current model 911 Carrera, 911 Carrera S, 911 Carrera 4S, 911 Carrera GTS, 911 Carrera 4GTS, Macan, Taycan GTS, Cayenne S
You do not need to bring your own car.
Is this safe?
Yes. Safety is non-negotiable.
The event is run in partnership with Porsche Australia with experienced instructors, and Porsche’s own safety standards.
All driving is fully supervised, structured, and progressive.
What if I crash the car?
Firstly - you will be supervised and supported all day. This has not happened in the past 5 years.
In the very unlikely event you damage the car, an insurance excess of $5,000 will be applicable paid by you.
What is the learning focus of the day?
The core themes include:
- Decision-making under pressure
- Emotional regulation at speed
- Leadership presence and self-trust
- How people relate to limits - internal and external
- Translating insight from the track into life, leadership, and business
- How to 10x yourself with AI
Nothing is theoretical for the sake of it
How is this different from a traditional leadership programme?
Most leadership programmes talk about pressure.
Track Limits puts you inside it.
The track creates immediate feedback. There’s no hiding, posturing, or intellectualising.
What shows up on the track is often exactly what shows up in your career, relationships, and leadership.
That’s why the learning sticks.
Is there coaching or facilitation?
Yes. The experience is facilitated by Dr Carlo Bellini, alongside experienced instructors and guides.
You’ll receive:
- Structured group facilitation
- Guided reflection and integration
- High-quality conversations with other participants
Insight designed to carry well beyond the day itself
